Sounds For The Mind 528

Feel the vibrations

About Us

We are a young married couple. We have been studying the benefits of sound, frequency and positive thinking for almost a decade. We like to overthink things. Why it happens, why we live, what we are meant to do, how the universe helps us. Is this perfect machine, the human body just meant to be born and then die? No!. We are capable of more. We love, we create, we heal with our body, our soul and our mind.

Why the singing bowls? Because they have a natural vibration, pleasant and soothing to the ear, body and soul. Strong and gentle. We work with 12 singing bowls, complemented by several instruments. Our singing bowls come from Nepal, from an artisan in Kathmandu.

What is our goal? Our goal is to create a calm stress-free atmosphere with our videos and audios. Therefore we work to create the most pleasant sounds for you to relax, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Brainwaves

🧠 What is Brainwave Meditation?
Brainwave meditation is a conscious relaxation technique that uses specific sound frequencies—such as binaural beats or isochronic tones—to help the mind reach different mental states. These audio technologies gently guide your brainwaves into patterns associated with deep relaxation, focused attention, or even expanded consciousness.

🎯 Why Is It Useful?
Regular use of brainwave meditation can:
  • help reduce stress and anxiety,
  • improve sleep quality,
  • enhance focus and learning,
  • support physical and neurological regeneration.

Binaural Beats

🎧 What are Binaural Beats?

Binaural beats occur when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear—say, 200 Hz in the left ear and 204 Hz in the right. The brain processes these two tones and "creates" a third tone internally: a 4 Hz beat, which is not a real sound, but a perceived rhythm created by the brain.

Note: Binaural beats require stereo headphones to work properly. The effect happens only when each ear receives a separate frequency.

Isochronic Tones

🔊 What are Isochronic Tones?

Isochronic tones are distinct, evenly spaced pulses of sound, turning on and off at a set rhythm. Unlike binaural beats, they do not require headphones—you can listen through regular speakers and still experience the benefits. The brain naturally syncs to the repetitive pattern. Example: A 7 Hz isochronic tone can help guide the brain into the theta state, which promotes deep relaxation and creativity.

Brainwave Frequencies and Their Effects

  • Delta (0.5–4 Hz):

Associated with deep sleep and physical healing. Promotes regeneration, recovery, and immune system balance.

  • Theta (4–8 Hz):

Related to deep relaxation, light sleep, and meditative states. Enhances intuition, creativity, and access to the subconscious mind.

  • Alpha (8–12 Hz):

Linked to a calm yet alert state. Ideal for stress relief, learning, and peaceful focus. Often used for meditation or rest with awareness.

  • Beta (13–30 Hz):

Connected to active thinking, problem-solving, and focus. Useful during study, work, or situations that require alertness and concentration.

  • Gamma (30–100 Hz):

Associated with high-level cognitive function. Supports memory, deep learning, peak mental performance, and consciousness integration.
